SpeedOn5.com offers a robust, yet quick & simple support system to all our customers for placing requests for claims, returns, refunds or damages reporting. We have qualified professionals that are expert in their fields that deal with pre-set standard procedures for almost all issues, in order to provide a seamless service.

Warranty Policy

Most SpeedOn5.com products come with a full one year manufacturer’s warranty to give you that peace of mind against the purchase. Customers are advised to check the warranty on the supplier’s/manufacturer’s website beforehand. The manufacturer/supplier of any broken or damaged product shall only liable for the defects for the 12 months from the purchase date  (for participating brands).

Our warranty does not apply to any natural wear & tear or if the product is being mis-handled or mis-used. Speedon5.com will not be held responsible for any damages that might occur as a result of poor installation of a particular product. Please ensure that you have read the products’ warranty prior to deciding to a claim so you can be sure that the warranty is valid and not voided due to expiry or any other stated reason.

Please also note that a manufacturer’s warranty may apply to particular region or country only in which case Speedon5.com may not be able to help take your claim case further with our supplier. A warranty policy may also depend on the use of a product on a specific machine or bicycle, since damages that might be caused due to the use of that product (other than stated in the warranty terms) shall not be covered.

You may also write in Speedon5.com to better understand the compatibility of a product with regards to the relevant warranty policy. Please also note that Speedon5.com cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy of product information, in particular for warranty and repair of items. Note: SpeedOn5.com reserves the right to whether proceed or not with a warranty claim, as well as to confirm the outcome of any/all such claim(s) based on our discretion, depending on the nature of each case. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer under all circumstances.

Warranty information on certain products:

Most items get dispatched with a warranty card or warranty information, which the customers are expected to keep safe for any claim purposes with SpeedOn5.com

The buyers are also advised to pre-check warranty details straight from the manufacturer’s website. SpeedOn5.com will honour all and any warranty claims that fall under a participating supplier terms and conditions. SpeedOn5.com will be unable to take certain warranty claim request cases where the manufacturer does not offer a warranty, in which case we will have to adhere to the manufacturer’s/supplier’s conditions.

Returns Policy:

For return of item(s), please be advised that we shall only process cases where the item bears a manufacturing defect. In which case, you are advised to please inform a member of our staff, by calling in our helpline first and quoting your order number for immediate processing. All return requests must be made within seven days of the receipt of the product and we will let you have a returns request form which will have the returns address, along with RMA i.e. Returns Merchandise Authorization code, given after the acceptance of the return case.

The RMA code is used to tag along with any returns, without which, we will be unable to track your goods if returned. Please ensure that all returns requests need to be approved by a member of our customer service team.

Please ensure you request this Returns Form and send it back (scan and email) to:

Please clearly state the reason for return such as:

  • Item delivered as damaged
  • Missing parts or items in the consignment
  • Delay in delivery of the order
  • Wrong size/specifications
  • Item(s) did not meet the expectations – Quality/Colour

Please ensure that all the goods are in the original packaging and unused prior to the return of the item(s). If an item is delivered damaged, SpeedOn5.com will ensure to collect the item from your delivery address for further examination and a refund process with commence soon after.

  • Reason for Return clearly stated

Also, indicate your preferred choice with regards to the claim:

  • Requesting an exchange (like for like product)
  • Requesting for a credit note

We have a different policy for different range of products. It is best to first contact our customer care team with your request, who will then guide you to the next step to help you with your return process.

Our staff will help you generate a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) code that you will use throughout your returns process. The returns address will be informed by the customer service executive at the time of returning the goods back into SpeedOn5.com

If you are claiming for a return of item (whether it is for an exchange of product, or full or partial refund), you will be required to request & fill in a form, which you will need e-mail back to us.

The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer (except for certain instances where the product is delivered broken or faulty or incorrectly). Once the items are collected in our warehouse, our staff will associate the RMA with your item and sort out the desired outcome for you in no time.

SOP for Damage Claims:

It is best to first contact our customer care team with your request, who will then guide you to the next step to help you with your damage claim process. In case you are intending to return any goods, our staff will help you generate a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) code that you will use throughout your refund/returns process.

The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer (except for certain instances where the product is delivered broken or faulty or incorrectly).

Once the items are collected in our warehouse, our staff will associate the RMA with your item and sort out the desired outcome for you in no time.
