Domestic Singapore Deliveries:

­Shipping information and costs to buyers is committed to provide a flawless shipping service with the help of our designated third party carrier service. We are proud to partner with credible courier companies around the world, helping you find the product in that perfect condition you expect it to arrive. We are now able to ship goods to almost any location in the globe, in a matter of few days. Delivery charges are defined & declared on the website during the checkouts. All delivery prices are calculated on the basis of the volume and weight of an individual product.

Certain small items may hold a standard delivery cost associated to them which will be displayed alongside the product details or the buy it now details. Certain selected products that may qualify for a ‘standard free delivery’ option can be offered from time to time basis, based on their availability and costs for local (Singapore) deliveries. The ‘free deliveries’ may come as a part of a seasonal offer or feasibility of logistics around the product.

Shipment charges are calculated per item. We are unable to offer a ‘standard’ delivery rate of shipment currently, but we are working towards standardising the cost of shipping across all our product range region wise. Certain products & product categories might also come with free delivery, so long it can meet the basic threshold or the order amount.

All products vary in volumetric sizes and weight; hence it will impact the cost of shipping for each item, as well as the lead time. Big and bulky items may take occasionally longer than smaller parcel deliveries due to special handling arrangements offered by our designated third party carrier company.

If you are out of Singapore, you might need to check your county’s import duty and taxes, since will not bear any cost pertaining to imports into other countries. No GST (Goods Service Tax) will be charged for any others that we ship out of Singapore either.

­How many types of shipping options? Express? Bulky? Priority tracked? offers our customers with various different delivery service levels. - Next Day delivery (For Singapore only currently)
We offer ‘next working day’ delivery option to all our customer in Singapore. All orders that are collected on a working day from our website will be shipped out, on the next working day for delivery on the day after. This arrangement is for Singapore only currently.

For Example:
Orders received & approved after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following week Monday, for delivery on the next working day i.e. Tuesday. Please note that "Next day delivery" option might exclude some of the bulky items in our catalogue.

- Standard Delivery, up to 3-4 days
We offer up to 3-4 days delivery as a standard service. Most items are dispatch the next working day of the receipt of the order and delivered with in next three working days, should this option be selected during the checkout. Next day delivery option might exclude some of the bulky items in our catalogue. This arrangement is for Singapore only currently.

- Bulky Items Delivery (For Singapore only currently)
Please be advised that it is solely the buyer’s responsibility to check the premises for vehicle clearance prior to the delivery of the goods for all bulky items. Any consignments that are turned back into our warehouse due to delivery vehicle or goods entry clearance constraints at the premises will be charged for by Please note that the carrier company/driver may contact you prior to the delivery of certain bulky items to seek your attendance at the specified address.

­Delivery time information?
The customer must ensure that you (or a designated person) are available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the delivery of goods. All orders are likely to be delivered between the hours of 8am to 6pm, GMT +8 (Singapore Time), Monday to Fridays (unless requested for the order to be delivered on the weekend & public holidays).

­How soon before we ship? ships out all domestic orders on ‘next working day’ basis as a standard (covers: Singapore Mainland (including Sentosa), except other islands). Therefore, all orders are shipped on the same day, as long as we receive your order before the cut-off hour of 1pm on weekdays. Orders received & approved after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following week, Monday for delivery on the next working day.

International Deliveries: ships out all overseas orders on the same day of receipt (as long as the order is received & approved before 12pm GMT on a working day). Most international consignments are typically delivered anywhere between 3 days up to 14 days. You may also choose to opt for ‘priority’ service for your order and we would encourage customer to call our customer support team with their request. Please note that lead time for delivery of the goods might also depend on the custom clearance in your country or seasonal & festive delays, to which we have no control upon, nor can predict. Delivery of the orders also depends on the region and the logistics movement in that country, based on the capacity and capability of our designated carrier company.

Although most countries and the top cities are covered flawlessly by our choice of mainstream carrier companies, it might come as a challenge to deliver orders in remote regions around the globe. All customers are kept in constant touch with regards to the whereabouts of your consignment with the help of sophisticated tracking systems and devices. For larger deliveries and bulk orders, please contact our highly trained staff for the most suitable arrangement. Your order package(s) may be delivered all together or could split into tow or three packages, depending on how feasible it might look for the carrier company.

All domestic orders and deliveries are commissioned to Singpost (Singapore Mainland including Sentosa, except other islands & part overseas deliveries as well).

­Insurance, Customs Duties & Import Taxes
All order that are expected to be delivered out of Singapore will not be charged GST (Goods Service Tax) as they are classified as ‘exports’. will have no control over any country’s import taxes and duty’s for any items ordered via our website. All customers are advised to check the duties and taxes relevant to the delivery country prior to placing the order, since will not be held responsible for any charges at the port, customers or in the form of any taxes to be paid in that country.

­Countries we ship to ships globally. We serve buyers from all corners of the world and bring our products to you, from our centralised warehouse based in Singapore. All shipping charges for product (sold singly or in bulk/combined), are calculated at the checkouts automatically, and based on your delivery address.

­Countries that we don’t ship to might be unable to ship goods to certain countries where our designated mainstream carrier companies might not maintain a strong hold. depends upon a tier of larger carrier companies that work with local shipping vendors in certain parts of the world. Therefore, providing a seamless courier service to certain regions will be a challenge, in which case, our customers will be notified in advance.

­Order tracking and status notifications works with mainstream carrier company with sophisticated tracking software and tracking devices that help us locate virtually all parcels sent for our customers. So long the chosen delivery method as chosen by the buyer comes with a tracking facility, customers will be notified via email about the whereabouts of the parcel/order. In some cases, we might also choose to let the customers shave a link from the designated carrier service that will help you locate your item(s).
