Where is my Order?
SpeedOn5.com will keep you up-to-date with relevant updates on the whereabouts of your order via email. Our third party carrier company’s procedures & systems will be able to help track and trace all your orders, should a customer wishes to choose ‘tracking’ shipment whilst placing their order.
In case you would like to get a better insight, you may get in touch with the carrier company directly, with the help of a ‘tracking number’ that you will get from SpeedOn5.com after your order has been picked up from our warehouse by the carrier company..
Tracking your Order:
Tracking your order is simple. SpeedOn5.com will let you have a ‘tracking number, along with the link to the carrier’s website so an instant tracking of your order. The tracking number is usually sent via email after your order has been processed by our staff, kept packed and picked up by our designated carrier company.
Item delivered is damaged:
In case the item is delivered damaged or with missing parts, we would recommend our customer to get in touch with our highly skilled customer service team. You will be urged to either call on the helpline on +65 6273 0604 or email us on: customerservices@SpeedOn5.com. We will then be in a position to investigate the case with the designated third party carrier company and advise the procedure/outcome to our buyers.
Change of delivery address:
Changing your delivery address is a common request. As long as we have received this request in time (i.e. straight after receiving the order), our dedicated customer service staff might be able to made adjustment to your order in order to deliver the goods at the correct delivery address.
In many a cases, where the item/order has left our premises (most likely on the same or the next day of the order receipt), SpeedOn5.com will be unable to help since the delivery of the order will now be taken care by our designated third party carrier company.
What courier company do we use:
We have put our trust in some of the finest logistics companies in the world, in the quest of delivering the items to your door step in the perfect condition. We leverage on UPS Carrier Company for all international deliveries. All domestic orders and deliveries are commissioned to Singpost (catering to Singapore Mainland (including Sentosa), except other islands) & part overseas deliveries as well.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, we do not stock any goods at a particular physical location in Singapore, to sell from a shop front. All our operations are currently online and therefore we are unable to offer self collection from our warehouse.
All orders must be placed online via our online sales channel(s) eg. SpeedOn5.com and therefore delivered to your doorstep for your convenience.
Would you deliver where I am?
SpeedOn5.com delivers globally. Depending on your country and region, your best shipping prices are calculated based on the volume and weight of the item for you. However, there might be a challenge in delivering to a few cities and towns, particularly the ones which are currently out of our reach.
We also work on an international delivery threshold where certain items can be offered for free to certain regions in the world. The buyer will be notified for the same during the check out process.
How much would it cost to deliver my order where I am?
Shipment charges are calculated as per individual item specification. We are unable to offer a ‘standard’ delivery rate of shipment currently, but we are working towards standardising the cost of shipping across all our product range region wise. Certain products & product categories might also come with free delivery, so long it can meet the basic threshold or the order amount.
All products vary in volumetric sizes and weight; hence it will impact the cost of shipping for each item, as well as the lead time. Big and bulky items may take occasionally longer than smaller parcel deliveries due to special handling arrangements offered by our designated third party carrier company.
If you are out of Singapore, you might need to check your county’s import duty and taxes, since SpeedOn5.com will not bear any cost pertaining to imports into other countries. No GST (Goods Service Tax) will be charged for any others that we ship out of Singapore either.
What happens if I miss an order delivery?
In case you have missed an order delivery, you will be notified via email about the ‘missed delivery’. In some cases, the carrier company may choose to leave a leaflet through your door that might also have a tracking number, link or a phone number for you to re-arrange your delivery of goods.
Most designated carrier companies would re-attempt for another delivery, if they have be contact from your end, to instruct the next suitable or available delivery slot.
Undeliverable package return charge:
In the event of the consignment being undelivered due to an incorrect address input by the customer or a refusal to accept the order by the consignee, SpeedOn5.com will term the order as ‘undeliverable’. A surcharge of SGD 15.00 will apply to any such return, in addition to the agreed transport cost. The item will only be set in post again, after the said fee has been collected from the customer.
What if I’m out when the product is to be collected or delivered?
If the consignee is away from the property address as advised for delivery of goods, our designated carrier company will attempt up to three different occasions. However, the carrier company must be contacted after the failure of the first attempt for collection for a return or delivery of an order. In case of failure to deliver or collect goods on all the three attempts, the appropriate delivery charges will apply for the delivery of goods (as on order), or/and a (pre-agreed) amount will stand payable for the collection of goods.
Delivery & Shipment - Overseas & Export Orders:
SpeedOn5.com ships out all overseas orders on the same day of receipt (as long as the order is received & approved before 3pm on a working day). Delivery of the orders/products will then depend on the country and the logistics movement in that regions/country as well as the capacity and capability of our designated carrier company. Although most countries and the top cities are covered flawlessly by our choice of certain mainstream carrier companies, it might come as a challenge to deliver to remote regions around the globe sometimes.

Tax & customers & import related charges?
All order that are expected to be delivered out of Singapore will not be charged GST (Goods Service Tax) as they are classified as ‘exports’. SpeedOn5.com will have no control over any country’s import taxes and duty’s for any items ordered via our website. All customers are advised to check the duties and taxes relevant to the delivery country prior to placing the order, since SpeedOn5.com will not be held responsible for any charges at the port, customers or in the form of any taxes to be paid in that country.
In case of a return of item/order from outside of Singapore, we would encourage you to discuss the matter with our experienced customer service team, quoting your order number, item code and date of purchase, along with your delivery address & contact name. We will analyse your reason for return, and confirm to you the next steps in the process thereafter.
The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer (except for certain instances where the product is delivered broken or faulty). Please also note that the customer will have to bear any import/duty taxes on the returning goods that are being sent back into the shipment country for SpeednOn5.com i.e. Singapore, except for when the product(s) is delivered damaged or incorrectly.
All products are thoroughly checked for tear, marks and scratches before dispatch from our warehouse. Therefore any tampering with the product upon delivery of order with a view of returning the item back, will be inspected for authenticity.
