When you proceed to checkouts, entering your billing and shipping address, down to the payment’s page, you will be shown Paypal as our trusted payment gateway. After you have logged on with Paypal, you may choose to pay by your Paypal ID or by using your credit or debit card. For using your card for payment, you might need to click on ‘Pay with a debit or a credit card’ option. We accept all major credit and debit cards on our website at no charge.

Our customers can use, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express or their PayPal accounts. Another fast and easy option to pay is via BACS (bank to bank transfer). However, our customers may choose to pay on our website, we shall generate and send a receipt/invoice every time a payment is made against an order.

Not sure if the order went through online:
In case if for any reason it leaves you wondering if your order got through to, there are a number of ways to have this confirmed. All our customers receive an automated ‘thank you’ email with an order/transaction number that confirms that your order has been received successfully.

What currency can I pay in?
We have a few currencies that you can transact in on our website and there are some more currencies to integrate that we are working on. But currently we only offer our products in Singapore dollars only (SGD). You are advised to convert the quoted SGD price on, in to the preferred currency before making a purchase.

Can I place an order in my preferred language? developer team is working hard to integrate other languages and portals on our website. This will be integrated in next few months to present our buyers with more than ‘English’ language to choose from very soon.

Can I get an invoice against my purchase in post?
All paper invoices are sent along with the delivery or the ordered goods (i.e. slotted with in the consignment package/box). Therefore your paper invoice will come along with the item, once delivered by our couriers.
