Warranty Policy

SpeedOn5 will provide full support for the products we sell online with warranty and/or repair services. Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the product and only covers manufacturing and workmanship defects.

Warranty Period

Warranty period varies with each product and does not cover the following :


1.Typical wear and tear

2. Neglect and misuse of product

3. Collision or accident damage

4. Poor maintenance

5. Damage due to wrong setup and installation procedure as per instruction

6. Use of incompatible parts and components and modification of original parts

7.  Servicing and repairs not done by our authorised workshop centers.

8. Damage or loss caused by shipping or storage.

Customers are required to produce the following to claim warranty:

1. Proof of Purchase (Receipt)

2. The original item


Exchange and Refund Policy

  1. We only accept faulty products caused by manufacturing or workmanship for refunds. Replacement is subject to the availability of the purchased item. If the item purchased is out-of-stock or obsoleted, we will refund you or you may choose other items with similar price.
  2. Returns must be made within 7 days from purchase or delivery.
  3. All exchanges/returns must be brand new with original packaging, documents, and receipt. Items must be in New condition and not used.
  4. Some products may require 2-5 working days of inspection and approval before we issue a refund or exchange.
  5. Actual products received may slightly differ from the product images seen on our website. Please read the specs carefully.
  6. Shipping costs are not covered for refund
  7. Should you wish for an arrange pickup of the bike from your address to our warehouse for returns, we will charge a logistics fee of $30 per trip.
  8.  Discounted and Promotion items are strictly not exchangeable/refundable.
