Where is SP5 based at?

We are the E-Commerce arm of Treknology Bikes 3 Private Limited located in Sunny Singapore! Our parent company has been in the bicycle retail and wholesale business since the 1980’s.

Would the bicycles be delivered to me fully assembled?



Absolutely, this is where we differ from most online stores, our bicycles are assembled by a team of qualified mechanics, your bike is ready to ride upon delivery. We are also able to take in request for adjustments to be made for the bike prior to delivery.

What are your modes of payments?


We offer payment via Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Will you ship your products overseas?

We afraid not, we only deliver within Singapore.

How much do you charge for delivery?

FREE DELIVERY For Orders above $300!*
Orders below $300: $10 Delivery Charge Applies

Returns and

Can I cancel my orders?

No order cancellations are allowed. Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be changed. See our T&C for more details.

I placed an order but would like to change it to a different item!



We understand that with the wide variety of items, selecting the right product can indeed be tedious. Fret not, we allow order changes within 24 hours. Do whatsapp or email us to request for this. Do note if the item changed is lower than the original order amount, no refunds will be generated, if the changed order is of a higher value than the original order, we will send you a payment link to complete your order.

 I just received my item; however I ordered the wrong size!

Email/Whatsapp us your issues and we will assist accordingly. You can either head down to our HQ or our friendly logistics team can facilitate the delivery of the item to your residence for a small fee.

Do you have a refund policy?

  • Regular priced items are exchangeable within 24 hours  of order placement for a similar-valued item or higher.
  • Strictly no returns will be entertained for Sale or Promotional Items. All sales are final. 
  • No credit will be issued if the item exchanged is of a lower value.
  • The item to be exchanged must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Strictly No Refunds on all purchases. 

Do the products comes with warranty?

Yes, most of our products comes with warranty with exception of sale & promotional items.
